Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of PDFint8. Highlighted placeholders must be completed by the operator before launch.

1. Who operates this service

2. What the service does

PDFint8 lets you upload or paste a document and receive AI-generated analysis of it: summaries, detected document characteristics, and — for paid analyses — findings, obligations, financial terms, dates, renewal and termination information, points to review and answers to questions about that document.

3. Limitations of AI analysis

Output is generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete or incorrect. It is informational only. PDFint8 is not a law firm, lawyer, accountant, financial adviser or tax adviser, and nothing produced by the service constitutes legal, financial, tax or accounting advice or a compliance certification. You remain responsible for your decisions and should obtain professional advice for important or ambiguous matters.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload documents you are not authorized to process;
  • upload unlawful content, malware, or content infringing third-party rights;
  • attempt to access other users' documents or results;
  • circumvent usage limits, payment, or technical protections;
  • use the service to build a competing dataset or model.

5. Your documents

You keep all rights in the documents you submit. You grant PDFint8 only the permission needed to process them and produce your results, including transmission to the AI providers described in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload highly sensitive personal information that is not necessary for the analysis.

6. Accounts

Free tools and single analyses do not require an account. Where account features are offered, you are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping access to your account secure.

7. Payments and credits

A single full analysis costs €4.99 as a one-time payment. A package of five analyses costs €19.99 as a one-time payment and requires an account so the remaining analyses can be stored. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details. An analysis that fails does not consume a purchased analysis.

8. Intellectual property

The service, its software, design and brand belong to the operator. The analysis output generated for your document is yours to use for your own purposes.

9. Availability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, third-party outages and technical faults may interrupt it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected analysis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including mandatory consumer rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where required by law.

12. Governing law and changes
